When should I start making our travel plans?
The sooner the better of course!!
While air travel costs can fluctuate, the room availability for accommodations can vary based on where you wish to stay.
Since Amsterdam Manor is not All Inclusive and there are no room "blocks" at any given hotel, it is important to confirm your room reservations as soon as possible.
Please see the Travel and Accommodation tab for more detailed information regarding travel requirements.
Is there anything specific I should know about Aruba?
That answer would be VERY long so here is some helpful information for you to answer that question:

As for DINING??!
There are so many fantastic dining options on the island, it can be hard to choose!

This is a great opportunity for a vacation for our family, may I bring my children to the wedding?
One of the great things about a destination wedding is that guests can make a vacation out of the trip!
That said, while guests are more than welcome to bring children for the trip itself, the wedding and reception venue have specific rules and liability restrictions regarding children under 18 years of age.
We had to minimize our guest list to account for budget and venue considerations, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding this matter.
Will there be a plan for activities while we are there?
That is a GREAT question.
There will be a welcome cocktail hour hosted by the General Manager at Amsterdam Manor on the evening of Thursday, October 10th from 5:30P-6:30P. There will be Live Music and appetizers as well.
At this time, there are no other activities scheduled (other than the wedding and reception of course) but keep checking this section of the website for any updates that may be made.
For excursions - here is a simple link that allows guests to explore for themselves.

This is a big commitment and whether or not you can join us, please know that we appreciate all of you! :-)
How will I get to my resort from the airport? Should I rent a car?

There's a max capacity of 5 passengers, excluding kids younger than 2. Sundays, official holidays and on regular days starting from 11:00 pm till 7:00 am there will be a surcharge of Afl. 5,40 /US$3.00.
